Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Call us for help with financing or with questions regarding your payment method. Some vehicles may have had items installed that are listed on a vehicle addendum so please request a Bill of Sale that would display a total balance due before bringing funds.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Applicable fees are; $ thirty day drive away permit fee, $ documentary fee, Sales tax (for Texas residents and residents of tax reciprocal states with the state of Texas). Please call or email to see if your state is reciprocal with TX. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Vehicle Descriptions
Any vehicle options or accessories described on our site or in advertisements reflect only those typical of this model when sold new based on its VIN. The actual options or accessories currently installed on any vehicle may vary from those listed. We highly recommend that you inspect any vehicle before purchase to insure it is equipped as you need. All vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember that we are human and make mistakes. Please note that we sell pre-owned vehicles. Please expect each vehicle's condition to correspond to its year and/or mileage. Please do not assume that any terms such as "mint", "great", "excellent", etc.. are terms that are used to imply that a vehicle is new or like new. Further, do not assume that all maintenance has been performed, or that items of normal wear and tear have been replaced and/or reconditioned unless explicitly specified.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at +2542776614 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Elder Mitsubishi Killeen has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by Buyer. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.
